WELCOME TO Moore's Game Bird Farm!
Moore's Game Bird Farm is located on Highway 5 in west-central Alabama approximately 10 miles south of Marion, Perry County. We specialize in Wisconsin, Northern Bobwhite, & Tennessee Red Quail from chicks to mature birds. Check Moore's Game Birds pricing if you are interested in purchasing birds. We hatch 20,000 to 30,000 bobwhite quail chicks a week and will raise in the neighborhood of 75,000 quail to maturity. Moore's Game bird Farm has two barns of breeders and four barns for the growers. Our breeder barns hold about 6,500 hens. Moore's Game Bird Farm is run by a husband and wife team along with daughter Jennifer.
The Quail eggs are gathered everyday an set once a week. Once the quail chicks hatch, they are raised indoors for six weeks. The quail are then vaccinated for quail pox and wormed before being transfered into flight pens. Chicks can be shipped from the Moore's game Bird Farm or picked up.
